D.A.R.E

Over the last 6 weeks Constable Dave has been visiting Room 2 for the D.A.R.E program. We have learned about drugs and how they affect you. At the end we got a free trip to Parakai pools and a D.A.R.E t-shirt. Here is a picture of us in our shirts.

Cross Country Boys

Well done to Sam, Nick and Michael who got into the Nor-west cross country that was held at Wood-Hill Sands.The course that they ran was very difficult.It has a killer hill. Michael came 15th, Nick came 3rd and Sam came 43rd out of about 70 runners!! Nick and Michael will now go onto Auckland Champs! Good Luck!!

Class Mice

We have four mice in our class, one boy called Mr Whiskers and three girls called Magic, Ginger and Oreo. They love playing in there rolling ball and maze!

Term 3

WELCOME BACK!!!

This is the start of term 3 and we are kicking things off with our Joseph coats almost ready to present!!! UP COMING EVENTS!!!
The choir is on a roll & cross country is coming up.
We have life ed and the DARE programme on the way too!!!!

Room 2's "Joseph & his amazing technicolour coats"

For the last term we have been working on a technology process - using the biblical story Joseph as our inspiration. We shall be parading our coats while the choir sings songs from the show. Here are a few pics so far....

Room 2 bible study

On Wednesdays Room2 has a weekly bible study. Today was the last of the term so our bible teacher came with a few fun challenges - Check this out!!! Lol!!!
